If your system doesn't need a repair, we'll tell you. If a part has life left in it, we're not going to push you to replace it early. Our technicians are trained to find the real problem and give you honest options — not upsell you on work you don't need. We'd rather earn your trust today and your business for the next 25 years.

Upfront Pricing — Always

Before any work begins, you'll know exactly what it costs. We quote the job, you approve the price, and that's the price you pay. No surprises on the invoice. No hidden fees. No "well, we found something else" charges after the fact. You deserve to make informed decisions about your home, and that starts with knowing the number before we pick up a wrench.

No After-Hours or Holiday Surcharges — Ever

Your AC doesn't care that it's a Saturday night or Christmas morning. Neither do we. When you call us at 10 PM or on a holiday, you pay the same price as you would on a Tuesday afternoon. A lot of companies charge extra for nights, weekends, and holidays. We never have, and we never will.

We Treat Your Home With Respect

Our technicians wear shoe covers, lay down drop cloths, and leave your home cleaner than they found it. We know you're letting a stranger into your house, and we take that seriously. Every one of our team members — Jake, Sean, Nick, Scotty, and Steve — treats your home the way they'd want someone to treat theirs.

If We Can't Fix It Right, We'll Tell You

We don't keep charging for repeat attempts at a failed repair. If we run into something outside our scope or something we can't resolve, we'll be straight with you. Honesty means knowing when to say "this needs a different solution" — not stringing you along for more billable hours.

2-Year Parts and Labor Warranty on Every Repair

Every repair we perform is backed by a full 2-year warranty covering both parts and labor. No conditions, no fine print, no monthly subscription required. If something we fixed doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right at no charge. That's not a promotional offer — it's how we've always done business.

Background-Checked, Licensed, and Drug-Tested Technicians

Every technician on our team has passed a full background check and drug screening. We hold Georgia HVAC License #CR109881 and Georgia Plumbing License #MP209127. When we send someone to your door, you can feel confident about who's walking into your home.

We Follow Up After Every Job

After we finish a repair or installation, we check in to make sure everything is working and you're happy. If something isn't right, we want to hear about it — and we'll make it right. Our owner Steve has personally handled follow-ups and even refunded jobs when a customer wasn't completely satisfied. That's the kind of company we are.
