We have a three year-old and Work crazy hours and are never home. We’ve been having issues with our AC unit for about two weeks now on and off. One day it works, the next day it doesn’t. Two days ago it finally stopped working. I tried everything I could think of, because we all know googling can sometimes solve the problem. I was referred to them from a larger company who was unable to make it out the same night. It was about 8:30 PM and the operator told me I would be added to the list for the night and they could fit me in. I was expecting a call around two or 3 AM because I knew there were a few clients ahead of me. Instead, Jake called me around 9:45 pm and said he was about 15 minutes away. He was at my house until midnight fixing my problem. Turns out it was a pretty bad clog. Cleaned out the entire drain system, all the piping, and replace the condenser box for me! I would recommend them to anybody! Fast service, affordable, and the fact that they were at my house until midnight just so I could sleep comfortably, meant the world to me! I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and I’m looking forward to working with them for many years to come!

Justin was Great! They worked with me. Showed up promptly and after hours. Found the problem getting the part and coming back next day. They was no up sale . They said this is what is wrong and that was it. Even the owner showed up after hours Just to check on it. They were the only one that answered the phone after hours and showed up the next day .
