He is truly knowledgeable and quite a professional! When all was said and done, he was able to fix the problem on the spot at an affordable price that was truly a blessing to us! They were professional, honest, and thorough. They took the time to explain what was really going on with my unit, fixed the problems the right way, and even corrected mistakes from the previous company's work. They didn't just do a quick patch they cleaned my coil, leveled my unit, replaced the bad parts with new ones, and made sure everything was running smoothly. What really stood out was their kindness and respect. They even provided me with a portable A/C unit to keep me comfortable while waiting for the parts to arrive, that extra step meant so much.
