I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly this company is. Every single person I interact with has been so kind and genuinely happy. The only comparison I can think of—and I mean this wholeheartedly—is the customer service you get at Disney World. The people that answer the phones (Robin and Raquel, I think), the technicians (Jake, Sean, Scotty), every body.

The new system we bought four years ago has been great, the annual maintenance has been great, and a recent repair went really well too.

It has always just been really obvious that the technicians know what they're doing and really wanted to help us. Every time they come out they act like we're the only customers they have that day. And, last thing I'll say, I really appreciate the thoroughness. We had a leak repaired and Sean came out to test everything. He thought he found an issue that would require a major repair. However, before they proceeded with what would've been a major repair, he got a second opinion and ran some additional tests. It turned out the extra night without A/C, but it saved us a couple thousand dollars.

Just a good company full of good people that really like what they do. They've got our business for as long as we're living in their service area.
