Sean came on 9/20 and said transformer was blown. 9/21 Sean installed a new transformer and fixed the electrical issue causing it to blow. Next morning ac is out again. Scotty comes and said I need a new blower motor or a whole new unit (mine is 6 yrs old). He said he couldn’t do anything to get it working. Called Estes and they came same day and fixed the blown transformer that Sean replaced on 9/21. Electrical issue was not fixed properly by Sean and thus it went out again. Estes fixed everything (electrical issue and new transformer) and 2 weeks later still running well. Jeremy the field manger said he wouldn’t refund my money for the cost of the part and labor (wasn’t asking for dispatch fee back) bc I didn’t call them again to come and fix it. Why would I have the same company come a 4th time when they proved the first 3 times they couldn’t do it? And then Scotty diagnosed a whole new problem and tried to rip me off by telling me I needed a $1200 blower motor or $8k brand new unit. Mine isn’t even at half its lifespan. Completely unprofessional and only trying to upsell. I spent 4 days with no ac in Georgia heat. I even kept the transformer they installed (see photos for serial number) to show it was blown again. Jeremy tried to claim it blew AFTER Scotty left and I didn’t call them to fix it. When Scotty left there was no ac at all so he did nothing anyways. I did call you to come and fix the problem and your tech told me he couldn’t do anything. Have tried to resolve this with them to no avail. I’ll be contacting the BBB and letting everyone in my community know not to use this company. UPDATE: Steve called me and was extremely sympathetic. He explained that this is not how they conduct business, I shouldn’t have to pay for services that were not properly rendered and agreed to give me a full refund and coach the techs who handled this. Within 10 minutes he called again to confirm my credit card would be credited. He stood up for me when no one was listening and made it right- which is all I asked for when the beginning. This company stands behind their work and has integrity and for that I say KUDOS. Thank you for making this right!!!

Jake is the man! Here is a guy truly with a heart to serve who provides excellent customer service. He’s the kind of guy that does such a great job you just want to cook him dinner as a thank you! 😊 We had a part that needed replaced in our unit and he came over after hours, walked us thru everything that was going on with the unit. He is truly knowledgeable and quite a professional! When all was said and done, he was able to fix the problem on the spot at an affordable price that was truly a blessing to us! We highly recommended him! And to the credit of One Hour, all of the technicians we’ve had have been superb. We can definitely add Jake to the hall of fame. Thank you so much for your service, Jake. You’ve been quite a blessing!

We called for a service appointment on Sunday evening over Labor Day Weekend. We thought it would be Tuesday before receiving a response. Much to our surprise, we were able to make an appointment the same day. Within two hours, a service tech arrived. Jake Kitchens did a great job taking care of us. He was professional, yet personal. He gave us our options without trying to pressure us into an expensive repair that was unnecessary. He repaired our unit promptly and made sure we were satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend Henson Mechanical.

My AC was not working and One Hour heating and air was able to accommodate with the time I was available. I am pleased with their service. The scheduler was very friendly and efficiently gathered the information she needed and was quickly able to schedule the visit. Scotty was able to fix my AC fairly quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a quick wash of my unit and made sure the surrounding area was also clean. Jake followed up with completing the service to my AC and did a great job. He was efficient and pleasant. Both technicians were professional throughout the visit. Everything was handled smoothly and thoroughly. I really appreciated their punctuality and the quality of the service. Highly recommend!

Great technician. Took a week to get motherboard replacement part... but as SOON as it came in they were at my house within hours getting it installed and Furnace RUNNING. Last night temperatures were in the 20s !!! Which is C O L D for Atlanta. My house was 72 and cozy again, thanks to Jake and One Hour Heating. They really over- deliver and get the job done RIGHT. ( In contrast, TWO other big name HVAC giants sent techs that mis-diagnosed my problem and FAILED to follow up or communicate with me. Allgood & Coolray were a big waste of time. ) One-Hour was GREAT. Jake was awesome.

Sean was excellent. He came right on time, listening to my concerns, and educated me on what my “blown candle” smell really was. Turns out it was nothing and he still had a smile on his face and spent time telling me how the system works and when I should have concerns in the future. I would easily use this company again and ask for Sean specifically.

I called this morning and got appointment for today. Scotty called to say when he would be at my home. He arrived within the appointment window. The air was blowing, but not getting cold. He installed a new condensate pump. He did a great job getting my unit running again. I signed up with maintenance plan. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with the company.
